In particular it guarantees that your personal details won’t be published or given to third parties and that these details will only be used for the following reasons: bookings, completion and conclusion of the car hire contract and other possibly connected contracts as well as a Customer data bank for the above motives.
Moreover, the details may be used by Sardinya Car Hire to enable the public authorities to send notifications to the Customer in situations where the Highway code or other applicable rules have been violated so that the fines can be paid by the customer directly.
It is the Customers right to ask, at whatever moment, an up-date, a modification or the cancellation of the details entered by writing to:
